By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. ORDERS
When you place an order, you’ll receive confirmation using the details provided at checkout.
All orders are subject to availability.
If we’re unable to fulfil your order because an item is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing error or there is another genuine issue preventing fulfilment, we’ll contact you and provide a full refund where payment has already been taken.
Please make sure your delivery and contact details are correct before completing your order.
3. PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices shown on 7sevenuk.com are displayed in GBP unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown before you complete your order.
Payment is processed securely using the payment options available at checkout.
We may update product prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already accepted.
4. PRODUCTS
We do our best to make product descriptions, specifications, colours and images as accurate as possible.
Colours can appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and the screen you’re viewing them on.
Sizing and fit information is provided on individual product pages. If you’re unsure which size to choose, contact us before ordering and we’ll help.
All products supplied by 7SEVEN must meet your statutory consumer rights, including being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.
5. DELIVERY
Orders are shipped according to the delivery options and times shown on our Delivery & Returns page and at checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith, but occasional delays can happen.

6. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For online purchases, UK customers generally have the right to tell us they wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order, followed by another 14 days to return the goods. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

Products may be handled and tried on as reasonably necessary to check their fit and condition. We may make an appropriate deduction where goods have been handled beyond what would reasonably be permitted in a shop and their value has been reduced.
7. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, not as described or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible.
Please don’t return the item before contacting us.
We’ll explain the next steps and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.
8. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes and promotions may have their own terms, including expiry dates, eligible products and minimum order values.
Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined.
We may withdraw or amend a promotion where necessary, but this won’t affect orders already completed using a valid promotion.
9. WEBSITE CONTENT & 7SEVEN BRANDING
Unless otherwise stated, the designs, graphics, photography, logos, product names, written content and other material appearing on 7sevenuk.com belong to 7SEVEN or are used with permission.
They may not be reproduced, copied or used commercially without permission.
10. OUR RESPONSIBILITY
We don’t exclude or limit any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.
We aren’t responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses relating purely to business use where products were purchased as a consumer.
These terms are intended to be fair and transparent and should not be interpreted as removing rights given to you by law. UK consumer terms cannot lawfully exclude responsibility for things such as faulty or misdescribed goods.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions as 7SEVEN, our website or applicable law changes.
The latest version will always be available on this page.
The terms applying to your purchase are those in effect when your order is placed.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom.
Nothing in these terms prevents you from relying on any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
